Customer Support Hours
Our customer support hours are:
Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Sundays and public holidays: Closed
All hours are based on mainland Spain time, using CET or CEST depending on the time of year.
In the Canary Islands, the corresponding hours are one hour earlier:
Monday through Friday: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Response Times
We aim to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible during our customer support hours.
Messages received outside our regular hours, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be addressed during the next business period.
During promotions, product launches, or periods of high demand, response times may be slightly longer than usual.
